Documents and approval

In the "My Ownest" customer portal, you’ll find a list of the documents we need from you. Based on these, we will determine your exact budget for the apartment purchase. You’ll also receive draft contracts from us, which we’ll review together at your pace. Once everything is approved, we can start shopping.

Once we agree that the home you have chosen is the right one, we will submit an offer to the seller and buy the property for you — in cash and quickly. We take care of everything: we accompany you on viewings, arrange the valuation, and handle all required paperwork.

When you are ready for a mortgage, you can buy the apartment from us at a pre-agreed price. We will help you negotiate with the bank as well. And if your plans change, you can simply leave — along with the savings you have accumulated in your own bank account.
